Look at Rough Country, they have an inexpensive 2.5"

Bump! Since this question I have been thinking about the rough country 2.5" lift. What are the pros and cons, they mention an exhaust change but do not mention again.

Mines 4x4. No exhaust change Just take out your strut and coil and bolt the slacker on top. It levels out the truck and lifts it about 3 inches. Also don't forget to install the 1 inch differential drop and 1 inch lift under the rear springs

If you buy a truxx brand. It will all be in the package together with instructions

Hey I used to live in Valdez! If you come to Anchorage much there is a sweet Toyota shop just off of the New Seward Highway, Green Tree Fabrication. They can get you some better ideas. Spacers suck, OME is one option (I will be buying OME come spring) that is an actual lift, not preloading crap.

    This.

A lot of my friends have "The big 3 trucks" and one Tundra with spacers. Seen the damage it does and I will always do it right with a real suspension lift.

Fiance's brother just got a used 04 Chevy with a 3" skyjacker lift and a 3 in body lift and is basically replacing everything trying to undo the damage..do it once, do it right.

OP, here's a good link to start to give you some guidance:
