Guns are cheap, good optics are the expensive part. The two scopes pictured hit both ends of the price spectrum. The one on the tan rifle is the cheapest thing I would consider to be usable. It was about $400. The other scope on my 3gun rifle is what I would want in a total SHTF Walking Dead world. It was about $2300. There are now options between the two in price, at the time those were purchased there really wasn't. Still a good scope is gonna run $400-1000+. Below that price point its pretty much all crap.

I do not. Not even familiar with them honestly. The two pictures are Burris and Swarovski

 

Yea. The Swarovki's are def choice scopes.
I'm more into my pistols, down to just a few rifles. Mostly hunting except for the Steyr Aug A3/SA and I think it will do me for a while.

 

Interesting. I have never heard of them either but it looks like they make some high dollar stuff.

He's in the biomedical part of the company but everything he's brought home is infuckingsane in quality. He's worked for Nikon and other companies but Leica blows all there shit out of the water. It's expensive but super nice.

That's a pretty good deal. I'd sell the stupid ACOG if its real.

 

There's nothing wrong with those components. The muzzle brakes a POS but that's an easy fix. I prefer longer hand guards but I can shave that FSB and put a 15" rail on it. Really if the ACOG isn't a fake its a good deal
