What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Thanks Blackout. I hated not having light back there as well. They are Utilitylite LEDs, I got them at Autozone. They are less than $25. I liked them because they angle down into the bed and fit nicely under the rails.

 

Facelift. Color matched 2011 Sport grill and black housed Depo headlights.

 

Big improvement!

 

10 or 20 bucks total off of eBay! They aren't the real TRD decals but i wasn't going to pay 90 bucks for 2 stickers lol.

1) Got the goods to perform the A/C drain hose mod...keep it from drooling on the frame.

2) Picked up a couple cans of black Plasti-Dip to black-out the tailgate badging. (The PreRunner, SR5 and V6 emblems).

3) Ordered Toyota black badging emblems for the sides and tailgate...(Small Toyota emblem for the tailgate and the larger Tacoma badges for the doors and tailgate).

4) Stopped by my dealership yesterday, to check out the TRD suspension parts that we hope to install next week...shocks and coils and brake line kits...just waiting for the rear shocks and reservoirs to arrive!

 

Got some water and soap

 

Emptied ashtray. Opened and closed glove box door (to make sure it still works)

 

Changed my cabin filter. I never realized it only took 5 minutes to do this, and no tools. Mine has about 37k miles. It was dirty and had some leaves in it.

 

Changed the oil Going to cut the filter open since its a newer brand. Bosch distance

 

Anythign with "Studios" in their name must be expensive...

 

AFE is definitely better then TRD.

That wasn't the car wash, it was your Tacoma trying to get the heck out of there before the paint was damaged by the swirl-O-matic's hateful hands. Sort of like a dog not wanting to be walked and pulling back on the leash.
