Yeah if the one I joined was like that I wouldn't have joined. He's all about OLY lifts which is what I wanted to focus on. 2nd is agility and endurance to my trainer. Lol

 

Oly lifts are sweet. I wouldnt mind taking a class dedicated to that. I wouldnt call that CF though.

I'm 1 credit short on my schedule for next semester and there's no other classes I can take

You're on the West coast man. There has to be a strength and conditioning gym around there. More focus on the lifts by well trained people, less focus on cheating a pull-up .

And the drama on stage and politics off stage, and the competitor selfishness and self absorbed ass faced-ness is why I don't compete.

 

I pay $90 a week plus $39 a month for my trainer haha. He's also trained with and learned coaching from George Farah and many more of the pros, played for seahawks for 4 years, 10 years in strongman competition. It's expensive, but I feel like I'm getting what I paid for.

Same here. Steve Cook is a beast, but that dude that won had him beat.

 

i don't like this shit i think its nasty and kinda lame just a bunch of guys flexing on stage...physique is chill and steve seems like a cool dude but like kai and phil...thats to fucking big in my opinion, not to mention the women's competition

 

I lost 8 LBS this week
That makes my loss 21 pounds in 3 weeks, now I gotta start doing pushups, situps, and lunges to keep my skin from being flappy (According to the trainer).

 

i like kai but he was being kind of a dick with that hair whip shit.
