Maybe on the camping...are you thinking of going back to a campsite or taking trails to more remote camping? I think JDAM said he'd be going too...

Most likely remote camping up a trail, but if we don't find something to our liking then we will find something along the river. There isn't an actual campground unless you go to the Lake Cle Elum one where GSPRunner went last weekend.

I was thinking of running some of the roads like these:

The one right after the lake that goes to the left

And then maybe the first 2 on the right side up Jolly mountain depending on time.

Not particularly close to Rainier but some good views of it from up top.

Alright correct me if I'm wrong but here is a list:

    Saturday, Sept. 27th
Meet up 9am Safeway in Northbend, or like ProPhaze coming from the East meet up at Shell Station in Roslyn (just after Suncadia) exit 80 at 10:30am.

Do NF-123 and NF-4135 and if we have time hit NF-4308 on the way back. First 2 I know are more of trails and not sure about the third one.

Bring Hamm radio or CB if you have them.

    Going:
    Northwesttaco (Camping)
    Cgredler (Camping)
    ProPhaze777
    Butcher
    JDAM (Camping)
    GSPRunner (Weather dependent for Camping)

    Maybe:
    Smar969905

    I may have forgotten someone

most likely going unless I have an opportunity to install a winch. I have three GMRS/FRS radios that I will bring.

I had my truck in for scheduled maintenance on Saturday and they aired my tires up to 46psi. I thought that was strange. The door jam says 29/32 and they even wrote that on the sheet but still went to 46.

Les Schwab told me to stay around 35 but I go up to 40 with mine.

I just bought a couple radios, and a big storage tote with lid.. Last time everything in my open top bin was covered in dust.
May have to ask to use someone's compressor to air back up if I air down, still researching one.

Edit- commercial tire put 35 in mine as well, so that's what I run.

They always put in 35. They put 35 in my 86 Accord, my dad's 87 Camry, my dad's '07 Camry, my truck, the '94 Grand Caravan we used to have... they aren't doing anything scientific.

Look into CO2 tanks like Powertank. Don't need to get one of those since you are mainly paying for the name but my dad put one together and is much better than an air compressor. Ask JDAM how fast they are compared to his compressor, and its only about $10 to refill my 5lb tank which does about 15 tires

yeah it's fast. but compressors never run out of air :)

It would be really fun next weekend to find a spot to shoot a long range rifle. Like 100-500 yards. Also clays would be fun.
