    Bunch of starved horses found in Black Forest. They found more than a dozen dead bodies and then about 10 still alive walking among them. One of them being a really well known cutting horse stallion who's earned hundred's of thousands of dollars. And all they pretty much did nothing to help them. They didn't charge the owner or seize them...until now.
