I bought Fox 2.5 front, 2.0 rear (both with resi), All Pro Upper Control Arms, 3" rear leaf, ss brake lines for rear (although I know some that choose to bend bracket and hope for the best), timbrens, u bolt flip kit - All from All Pro and I would do it all again in a minute. It is great on the road, great while climbing through tough stuff and great while catching the whoops!

I can't talk about the other brands/people (support) from other companies. I can say that I screwed up on my installation (bumper problem) and All Pro were there the whole time willing to help me through my challenge. Regarding the rears, it is nice to be able to get out of the truck turn the dial a few clicks and stiffen or soften within seconds.

I would do it all again the same way ...

I may even do it sooner than later... Sorry, I tend to drool when I think of getting their long travel kit

So still. you guys say if i get 3" leaf package my rear will sit higher than my front. You guys say to only get the 1.5" leaf package.

BUT! allprooffroad.com states to fit 33" tires I should use the 3" leaf package. please help me and let me know what to do!!!!!!

We say you need the 3" leaf pack with 33s sent you will rub with anything less than that when the tires are fully stuffed unless you limit the travel with an extended bumpstop. Yes, your truck may sit slightly higher in the rear until the springs settle in (generally takes about 6 months, or a few good off-roading trips).

Question: are the fox 2.5 Resi's adjustable? You were saying you guys offer the adjustable ones for the back, im guessing the adjustment is for weight control? (adding more weight in the truck bed)?

I want to get the 2.5 for the front over the 2.0 because they hold more fluid and dont wear out as fast, so ive heard.

    So what shall i do?

No, the 2.5 aren't adjustable (other than in height), but they do have a larger fluid capacity for less fading during higher speed runs over rough terrain. We do have 2.0s for the front & rear that are adjustable with remote reservoirs if you like a softer ride on the road, with the ability to make them firmer for off-road use. It honestly really depends on how you plan on using your truck. Both are great set-ups.

Now to add another option for consideration, we also have Walker Evans 2.5" coilovers (w/out reservoirs) for only $995/pr - arguably the best value on the market, with 2.5" rear shocks for $259/ea.

What the difference with that, and this (other than the Res)?

The only other thing you might consider is going with the Timbren bumpstops on the rear. They are $160 more for the set that works with our rear u-bolt flip kit.

You also might want to consider our upper a-arms with the larger 1.25" uniball. With the special that ends today, they'd be only $574.00!

Actually the one we get from Timbren is made specifically for use with our u-bolt flip kit, so it is a different part# - we just haven't got it on our website yet, but we have them in stock.

im actually pretty sure im going to go with a mud terrain. I do some pretty good offroading, not moab material but some pretty good stuff out here in the mountains of CO.

Im jsut wondering how a M/T tire will fare in snow and ice?

dependes on the brand. i dont know jack about a good snow mud tire cause out here in southern cali we dont see too much snow or ice. BFG's are tried and true and just came out w/ their new MT KM2 tire but i dont know how well it would perform in the snow...
