Not sure what you're point is here. Toyota, along with Ford carry military contracts with many nations - nearly everything that ISIS has they've acquired as the spoils of war, including American made uparmored H1s

Toyota is very popular in the middle east with the Hilux and Land Cruiser, which is what you're seeing - sadly the version they are driving is probably the one we want, with a diesel motor and 6spd.

I would also say, that if some dude goes to TURKEY, a muslim nation and buys 100 tacomas, while you might htink that would raise some flags - if you're a sales guy, you just made your year so chances are good, even most americans would look the other way. Are you fueling an army or is this guy just really nice and wants to give tacomas to all his best friends... who knows!

For tactical advantage, I think our military should arrange a Nissan Titan/Frontier offering to the terrorists.

They are not going to buy from a country they hate. They want to take us down, not build us up.

And where would you draw that line? - Yes it sucks that wars happen, but i mean you're going to have something in common with someone all the time. At a fundamental level you're human, so are they - the fact they choose a reliable means of transportation but are sadistic cock n ball cowards who behead innocents does not mean you have THAT in common with them.

I understand what you're saying, and I don't mean to come off as brash, if nothing else look at it as (all be it a fucked up one) a badge of honor for the tacoma which is ubiquitous and reliable enough to be used in the WORST environments, so you taking it to MOAB or the beach for a week should be a non issue?

Regular cab Tacoma at 00:11. Note while the Hiluxes make do with heavy machineguns, the Taco gets a ZPU/2 for aircraft suppression. The Taco is supplanting Land Cruisers in Syria. :)
