That pic is classic. Prime example why non-CF people make fun of CF people.

That's exactly what I hate about my iPhone headphones. They're fine when doing arms/shoulders/chest/back, but when doing deads, leg press, shrugs, or squats, it's a pain in the ass. My future mother-in-law has one, so I might borrow it for a few workouts.

I've seen folks use them on decline and it works fine. The opening is small, so it won't fall off your neck, unless you're Ethiopian or something.

I fucking hated my arm band. I always felt like, once my arms got pumped, it was cutting the circulation off to my arm. I gave mine away.

Those are probably like 10 lb rubber plates, too.

I've only had them for a day, but they stayed on fine yesterday. I actually tucked it under my shirt collar so it didn't move at all.

As for the range, my gym is tiny but I can sit my phone on the counter and walk anywhere I want. Haven't measured the range, but I'll check later if I remember.

Since when is deadlifting 405 on a smith machine considered "beast mode"? Actually its probably more like 375 since the smith bar weighs next to nothing

not to mention his ROM was shorter due to the bumpers at the bottom

Who's friends with the PF dipshit? Lol
    That guy is an idiot...

I was at the gym one day and this kid came in and threw no exaggeration, 495lbs give or take... On the smith machine. Got under it, no warmup or anything and was going to do squats. He also ha a bar pad he put on...He was probably 5'8" 140lbs of skin and bones? It really scared me because I thought he would die. I even asked if he was sure he could do it and tried to talk him out of it. He said he had it and got the bar up... His legs were shaking so bad I thought at any second he was going to collapse and be killed by the bar. I even looked away because I didn't want to see it.. So anyway he Squatted down about 2" then right back up and raked it. Done! That was it and he thought he was the friggen man... One of the funniest things I've ever seen at the gym. Funny only after he didn't die right in front of me. Then he goes and loads up a bunch of curl bars and did some swinging curls and took some crazy 80lb dumbells and was attempting to curl those too.. It was just so ridiculous I had to leave.

Well, didn't get to go to the gym. Truck wouldn't crank when I went to leave work. Starter problem. Rolled it off and brought it home to work on it
