Detroit TrueTrac, 5100's x4 set @ 1.75, TSB AAL, Flowmaster 50, AFE CAI, 16" Raceline Renegade 6 wheels, 265/75/16 General Grabber AT2s, Color matched grille, Cleared-out headlights, 15% tint front 30% tint rears and back, Peripheral iPod adapter, Heavy-Duty vinyl armrests, Hard wired GPS, Sockmonkey badging
    Need some opinions-

I have a set of bilstein 5100s in the garage waiting for install. I plan on getting some 265/75/r16 tires before they go on. I have the TSB springs which has the rear quit a bit higher in the rear. The question is if I set the bilsteins at 2.5" what will have to be done to the rear? 1 inch block, 1.5" toytec TSB AAL. Or is it best to set the fronts to 1.75 and call it a day. I want an aggresive stance, like a bit of rake, don't need it to look like a monster truck but want it to look lifted.

    Decisions, decisions....

I would set at 1.75". That way, No alignment issues, and no need to mess with the rear.

If you can live with getting them set at 1.75 then do it. LIke chris said, you wont have alignment issues. I just put my 5100s on and set them at 2.5 with some 285s and I'm having some alignment issues. I'm gonna have to spend another $600 on some UCA's to correct it so if possible, I would get it set at 1.75.

gotta go with chris here. you will have a very slight, if not level looks. cv joint angles will be fine. no need for uca's. and alignment will be fine. 1.75" ftw

5100's all around, fronts at 1.75". TSB leaf pack + Toytec TSB AAL
I've got mine set at 1.75" in front, and while it is a great height for the front, I also have an AAL in the back in addition to the TSB leaf pack. I like the look as it maintains the factory rake. If I load the bed, the truck doesn't sit nose high.

just an fyi, you can fit 265/75's with stock suspension
though i do plan on going the 5100 route also, cause they fill the front fenders up pretty good.

I have mine set at 1.75 with BF all-terrain 265/75-r16 tires and the rear TSB. I love it so much more than stock also. If you are going with a 265 and don't want to have to fool with the back or anything, this is the way to go!

....But I have to say- I wish I had gone with 2.5, because I want 285's. I am going to bump mine up with an AAL in the back. I really want 285's :D

Right now the 1.75s are winning. I will probibly go with that no desire for new UCAs. Thoughts on the 1.5 AAL + TSB? Too high in the rear? right now with a stock front end the rear sits2.75" higher.

I have mine set at 2.5 with a toytec 2" AAL and the back sits about 0.5" higher. My camber is within spec, but caster isn't.

gcwaterski, Thanks for the pics! My truck is exactly like yours, even silver. Truck looks good!

I do really want 285's though too, so I'm still on the fence... If I do 285's I'll probably re-gear to 4.10's because I pull a boat pretty often. I just don't want to spend the extra $$$ right now to re-gear.
