This sounds very familiar. When was the last time you replaced your brake pads? Some of them have the metal tabs that once you wear them down to a minimal thickness the tab will start rubbing the disc and will make a squeaking noise. Of course this is for disc brakes, not sure if there is something similar for drum pads??? Worth checking out at least.

Just my 2 cents about the logo, 2 pro's are that it provides more air to the radiator, which I found is useful when driving through the middle of West Texas in July, and it looks pretty sweet. The con is that if you ever take a solid hit on that area of the bumper it will definitely get bent to fk.

That being said, I say go for it. The lights behind the mesh would look legit.

Another 2 cents from me, when my back u-joint start to go, it started making some odd squeaking noises, first just while in reverse and then all the time. It's worth a look and easy to check. If you need any help swapping them let me know, I did all three on the rear shaft earlier this summer.

Yeah, I could feel it in my seat lol, not a comfortable feeling at all. By the time I took the time to check it, I had over an 1/8th of play in the damn thing. I'm pretty sure the were the original ones that came on the truck so I replaced them with the MOOG heavy duty u-joints.
