Found this Greek yogurt at the store. 13 more grams of protein and 40 more calories than my usual brand. Hell yeah!

Dude Greek yogurt is my shirt. Get some of the nature valley "protein" granola and mix it in with vanilla Greek yogurt. Brb tastes better than ice cream.

Anybody else in here inconsistent as fock on how you feel doing squats? Last week I repped on 305 then today 265 felt like 305.

 

Yea...depends on how your diet was...I do squats better if I've eaten all day.

 

Yeah there's a few around asu that charge that. I'm paying 100 a month and will be going 4 times a week

x2. I used to be all about Casein, but I like Greek yogurt before bed b/c it's so fucking good. I either put honey or bananas in mine.

I have my on and off days on squats. If I'm not feeling it, I just do light weight, high reps that day.

Speaking of this, there's a middle aged man around town that drives an old honda odessy here.. He has a university of Alabama license plate that has the cursive "A" on the left, followed by SSMAN69. No joke. I took a pic of it once but it was real potato because he was too far away

Who knows, maybe he was in the Secret Service and born in 1969, but I think it means something else.

Today's WOD was upper A. Went for 300 on bench, but failed. I got it like 4" above my chest, but stalled out. Went down to 295 and did it like it was nothing. 300 will be mine next week!

flat bench: 135x10, 225x5, 300xfail, 295x1, 225x10, 225x8

incline bench: 3 sets of 15 @ 135

v-grip rows: 3 sets of 10 @ 205

t-bar rows: 3 sets of 10, 10, 9 @ 95

dumbbell skull-crushers: 3 sets of 10, 10, 8 w/ 60 lb dumbbell

preacher curl: 3 sets of 10, 10, 9 @ 95

So, as some of you may know, my boss (the owner of the gym I work at) is tied into all that Advocare crap. He's got like 50 people under him selling it, so he makes a good chunk of change off it ($1000/month) by doing absolutely nothing b/c he gets a percentage of everything they sell...It's good to be at the top of the pyramid scheme. He knows their products are bullshit, but he got in early, so he makes money off of others. We've always stocked Advocare at the gym b/c it benefits him. Well, about 6 months ago, a new gym opened in town and they're really trashy people and bad-mouth us a lot (which proves unsuccessful b/c we've got 4 times the members they do). Anyway, I put a picture of a bunch of new Advocare stuff that had just come in on our gym's Facebook page and the owners of the other gym sent the picture into Advocare because, in the picture, we had products from other companies. Advocare is so consumed with itself that they called my boss and threatened to sue him if he didn't stop selling other companies' products alongside theirs. My boss told them to fuck off and that he was done with them....BTW, I've been telling him Advocare was a bunch of bullshit for 2 years



Now to the good part: I got bored a few weeks ago and sent emails to all the big companies I love (MusclePharm, BSN, Cellucor, etc.) I've gotten emails back from everyone, except MP and am in the process of getting banners, shirts, and free samples from each of them.
