Good luck with 1 per acre. Not saying it's not out there, but good luck lol

I found 10 acre up by huntsville. Had a few game trails. Nothing big. Heavily wooded. Walking in it was a bitch. Even had a ditch or creak on the top half.

Same here, most I have seen are asking 3k. You might find some land on some back roads between Beaumont and China. They had 5 acres for sale the other day off one of the roads, just can't remember which one.

I guess Texas is different than other states. It would also depend on where it is, I know this but Co, Wy, Mt and Wa all have some that are $200 per acre.. it's in BFE yes but that's what I would actually prefer.

You might have to get in touched with a realtor for this one. But try finding foreclosed property. Cheaper without water and electricity

These are different times. The days of $200 per acre are long gone. Even up in Arkansas where we have our land, some of the farmers around us are selling their land close to 1500 per acre. That land up there is way nicer than down here too.

    Just grind it off:D
The squeak is just metal rubbing against metal, no real big deal. My Dakars squeak......I just power wash the dirt out and they are quiet again

Where are you going to relocate the breather? Behind taillight or in the gas compartment? Or somewhere else

Sure anything stuck in there can be bad, especially if left alone. Only way to be sure will be to pull the drum cover off and check.

If it is the u-joints, worst thing that could happen would be that they fail, and they hold your drive shaft joints together, so....
