What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I made it.

 

I had the windows tinted 20% all the way around, none on the windshield. Also ordered through the GB the Weather Tech floor liners for my 2015 DCSB MGM TRD Sport!

 

In last 3 days: installed Demello bumper w/ lights. Extant solid fold tonneau and picked up an ARB fridge

 

Wait... what? Long Bed BAJA??? What is this sorcery???

Ah, never mind. It's a "short cab" Still never seen one in AC configuration

 

Yeah, I was pretty happy when I found the ACLB locally for a "good deal." I had a DCSB before and found that I didn't need the extra cab space but did need the extra bed space. So...it all worked out.

 

2-3 month roadtrip?? sweet. where ya heading?

 

Up through Northern CA on into Oregon. From there, Washington, Whistler, Banff, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado....probably end up staying in Colorado.

I'm doing a 3 week "test trip" this December through parts of California and on into Arizona and Utah. Gotta start building my sleeping platform/pull-out drawers, etc.

I'll probably start a "road trip" thread once I actually hit the road.

 

Changes the engine Oil and Cabin air filter. Seams Like previous owner might not have changed his air filter too often... Im scared to see what the diff fluid is like after seeing this....

 

A/C Drain mod....didn't love how it came out. May move it later this week.

 

Very cool. I did a trip from the Bay Area to Zion/Bryce Canyon and into Antelope Canyon in AZ this past spring and back. Sunday I am leaving for a 12 day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons area and back. Serious miles coming up for me. Can't wait

Drove mine to work... Saw a new TRD Pro in black on the road, too. It had major bro lean; not sure if something was in the bed of it or what.

My "test trip" this December will be out to Moab, Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon, Death Valley. The bigger trip next year will include Yellowstone, Tetons, etc. I'm just counting the days...tic-toc.

 

I'm confused... which one is clean and which one is dirty??? haha

I had one that looked about like that too. Changed it out and my air felt so much colder and smelled better too.

 

Just added a full set front and back of the weather guard floor liners and four tinted window vent visors.

 

New wheels and tires yesterday. I like white letters out, if I'm paying for it, they're gonna be seen lol
