Do they still do frame replacements on them?

I have my car going in for scheduled maintenance next week. I'll bring up the clutch issue then. Have them check and see if mine is affected.

I'll probably be buying an aftermarket clutch anyway, though. Since I'll be pumping up the engine a bit I figured it's a good idea. I can get a SPEC Stage 1 clutch for around $400.

 

They were asking 6700 for that rusty truck but they dropped it to 4999 on special. And it says to come take a test drive

 

They're going to get sued haha

Yeah. I'd like to get the SPEC also because the woman isn't super good at driving a manual still and a clutch that can take a little more abuse would be good.

I'll have mine for a long, long time.

Once you get to drive a FiST, that's all you'll want. The 1.0 is decent but can't hold a flame to the 1.6 in the FiST.

Going from a nice job in a/c sitting in a Recaro seat all day to being on my feet walking around for 8 hours straight sucks haha

Got assigned to clean one of the dorm buildings for a week, for the 5th time. And there's airman at my squadron who just got here and haven't even done it once

The car is only 23k new. Plus he's looking in Washington. Prices are higher here.

 

Technically; the car was a rollback. Guy bought it and had to return it because he lied on his financing paperwork. So it had 1,000 miles on it but I paid around what a new one costs because transfer of ownership never actually occurred making it technically not used. I got used car financing on it though (2.99%) and the remainder of the factory warranty. I'm working in conjunction with Ford Service and the dealership to get my Service Adviser on board before I even take the car in. That should speed things up. I'll keep you updated.

Not sure what caused the wreck, but they took him all the way to KC for emergency surgery. Apparently some serious internal bleeding...

Only thing left on the bike undamaged was the seat.

 

If you buy used, would it be from a dealer? Factory power train warranty is 60k miles. If the clutch starts having problems you should be covered. I know of a few people on a forum who have put a lot of miles on their cars and haven't had any issues yet. Nothing annoying with my car to report right now; still loving it.
