What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Sorry to poop on your parade, but that has 3 watt epistar LEDs in it. Not that they'r bad at all. Looks bright as day, I'm not sure if I should get cree leds or epistar. Its mostly gonna be a poser LED bar lol

Yeah man! And cree = more expensive so consider that also. I want to put backlighting in mine and intend to attempt it myself. All the guys I've seen doing it sell the service to others and won't tell how they did it(which is smart so they can make money), but I want to do a write up on it hopefully.

 

Ya i figured it was top of the line or anything for 90 bucks lol but it will work for what I need it for prob get the same one in 50in for the roof

Getting deeper this coming month too. Beadlocks will be in transit in the morning, more gas cans, solid slats for the front rack, table, full skids and sliders are the goal till the end of october. Budgeting a HCRB with swing out.

Do it! I am doing color matched HCRB too. I like a couple colors only on a vehicle. No chrome. Black and the color of the vehicle. No stickers. Clean look. Like the parts BELONG! not something tossed onto a vehicle.

That pic was before I cut the flairs and re adjusted the bumper ever so slightly. Will snap a couple pics in the morning for the masses.

Nothing wrong with monochrome. Same theory there too. Just a couple colors.

 

Vinyl. I put them on the side of the bed also close to cab since its not Factory.

 

Finally got around to making a custom mount for the UG. Couldn't find my dremel, so plastic piller trim is staying off till I find it and cut a hole through for the mount. Working on one for my cellphone to be used as gps on the dashboard.
