    West side by the" mall" cost a little more.
    center of town is old part of town. And the east side where lyndall and jon live. Is pretty calm.

    We have 3 Walmart in pearland.
    West side is the black Walmart
    central is the Mexican Walmart
    and east side it the white Walmart
    so I'd say east side is better
