My only recommendation is to get it powder coated locally yourself. Doing this will avoid shipping damage. It will also stop the shop making/powdercoating it from using bondo type material to hide crappy welds.

When I sanded down my Kennesaw AKA: "Tactical Armour Group" bumper I found every single weld had some crap put over them to hide them. Turns out the prep was crap and each weld where it was added started rusting out from under the coating. Must have been 5# of that crap on my bumper.

Also I have found some fab vendors here on TW do NOT provide powder coating that has been salt spray tested for exterior use. They were charging higher rates than my local guy (who uses the correct materials) and providing what I would consider totally sub-par powder. The local guys here know who I'm talking about and they know personally why their powder coated items only lasted 1 winter before rusting away.

nice.i have not been down in like 2 years now. my oldest brother went to the law school their. I have been to a few of the hidden places that are mostly just locals.


on folly and want to get away from all the kids? do down to at least 6th street area towards the light house and there will still be girls but not many kids if any at all.

 

don’t lie we all know you would not mind ditching your own kids at time..

yeah when i go to beach’s i hate being around a bunch of screaming kids running around and stepping there sandy ass feet on my clean towel or kicking sand on my cloths/phone.
