I'm happy to say that after a long wait I've finally received my Relentless HC rear with swing out and bolt on sliders with a half-kick. Everything turned out great! It's off to powder coat now and should be done tomorrow. I took it to the same guy that does the PC for Demello off-road. While there one of the employees from Demello was there. He checked it out and commented on how beefy it was.

My only concern is where the swing out attaches to the bumper. We did a mock up and it was one hell of a battle to get it to fit in bare metal form. With the PC on there it's going to be a bitch. Might need to remove the PC or figure something out. Other than that, everything is great. Since the order was placed almost 16 months ago a few things changed on my end, there are changes I'll do to it down the road like remove a bit to match the trimmed fenders and possibly add a flip down table for camping.

Thanks to Eric and Nathan for keeping me in the loop and answering questions that arose. Also thanks to the rest of the guys at Relentless who may have helped on these products. Alright.... I'll shut up now and here are the photos.

Enjoy the armor Nate! That was definitely one custom swingout, but I think it turned out real nice.

Thanks man. I will. So now that it's done, how much of a pain in the ass was it? The quality is amazing!

I ordered the D2's installed in my bumper and I see where it includes the wiring harness w/switch. Will I be able to cut and splice the existing wiring from my front fog lights to power the D2s or does it require a relay and/or other materials???

Question: Is there a way to get the bed tie down plates with no/a smaller "R"? And a little further down. Not that I am trying to remove your brand or anything, but I plan to put small lights on the top/corner hole and just want to be safe, in case that I need to drill a bigger hole.
If it's not possible, that's fine.

Any chance in getting an update on 577? Emailed a couple of times since April and posted here, but no update. Would like to know before the year's up to order a bumper somewhere else. Thanks.

All parts on hand and just about to be welded up. You should have your bumper before thanksgiving.
Still gotta just do that swingout Ryan. I was actually just talking with my head guy in my shop about making some room for me to do it this week so let me see what I can do for ya!

Any update on the reenforced light bar brackets? Haven't heard anything for just about 3 weeks now, last I heard they were heading to PC. Sent a few PM's but never got a response.

Sorry to air this out in a public forum, but I called to cancel yesterday since I couldn't get any response via email. Every time you've replied about the timeframe, it's always 2 months out. Not sure I believe the Thanksgiving target. Can I please just get a refund so I can move on?

    thanks

I noticed that my name was not in the OP list. Does that mean my bumper/skids/etc shipped already!!!!

    From the OP

We've got over a dozen aluminum bumpers being built! If you're in this batch then thanks for the patience, looks as though it will be the final batch we build, at least for some time. All in this batch will be contacted shortly for final payments or shipping confirmations.
