    Sure-fire way to get ridiculous forearm and hand cramps? No, not jerking off for hours on end, but playing scales fast on a 5-string bass for 2 hours straight while waiting for my iPhone to update. I was using the triple gallop style too with my plucking hand, so both arms are going to be dead shortly. I haven't played guitar or bass too much in the last few months, so this should be a good refresher.
