Quote from story. ""Starter interrupt only: Many starter interrupt device manufacturers like PassTime and Lender Systems Inc. say the devices do not shut down moving vehicles, but prevent them from starting""

While a repo man a few years ago, I would encounter several companies that used these devices. They will not shut down the car, but rather prevent it from starting. In fact, it is illegal for these devices to stop the engine from running for safety reasons as "suggested" in the story. Many of them also incorporate a GPS tracking device.

Maybe coincidence. Blind people always are looking at things. Things are everywhere, bound to happen.

What the hell is that about? Is that a real video with water or something bursting out of it towards the end? Or is that one of them killer underground graboids and a fake video.

It's amazing that anybody is alive in Russia. When do you ever see a video of a family running through a field of flowers? Or a dashcam of a nice afternoon drive through the country side? Even if they get blown up in the end of the video it'd be a nice change for the first 30 seconds

Just as a note, my father (who recently passed) was blind and is looking at the camera in all my recent pics. Another note, my mother is deaf (no shit), she's also able to look into the lens. :D
