Really? I had that last week on tap and thought it was great. Comparing it to the merlin, the merkin is much better after aging in Oak barrels.

    All of them.

In other news I am having another Revolution brew. Very solid beer that is a little too smooth to be 8.3%.

Had a tasty Uinta Baba Black Lager on tap at a local pub this week that was quite good. On to the Sierra Nevada seasonal pack at home: IPA, Vienna, Oktoberfest & Tumbler. Have a couple of Six Point Righteous Ales in the "beverage center" within the man cave as well.

There are a lot of hop varietals with grapefruit notes - it makes alot of sense to me. Haven't tried it though.

I had a pint yesterday. It is very good. A lot of people will like it more than Sculpin as the grapefruit takes a little bitterness out of it. I also had a couple of shots of Ballast Points Fugu Horchata vodka which is scary good.

It's probably wonderful, I don't like stone beer but every once in a while they put out a good beer and they had a grapefruit ipa and it was great

Too poor to list anything interesting.

It may be too bitter if they go heavy with grapefruit. It's all a balancing act, but I'm sure there is a good compromise between hops and fruit.
