If you're into old war planes, that place is pretty cool. Lots of old war birds. They do some of their own restorations on site as well.

Yeah, we went last year for the first time. The Aviation Museum was as good as the car show, if not better. Really interesting place. Great history on many of the planes.

I was checking the rear droop and turns out the 10" shocks are 1/4" too short... Boxed the frame today (I did the welding... it looks like I had a seizure but it will hold) and plan to do the shock relocation Monday and install the FOA's and ubolt flip. Just need to charge them...

Not yet, borrowed one. And after 4 hours of hunched over under the truck, I don't think I want to anytime soon. That shit was not fun.

Might be just a bit too much . Im just a hair over 10"... Monday should be easy. Got the bar sized, just need to weld it in then that tabs / \ (and get the damn shocks recharged).

I had a guy watching over my shoulder and about %85 of the welds are good beads and at least 98% are structurally sound. Besides, I welded the entire plate and could have gotten away with only multiple welding 6" strips since its just a stiffening plate. They guy did the cross bar.

If it ever comes to critical welds, Ill let someone else do it I think.

 

Pretty soon you'll have guys hitting you up to do sliders and a cmc!

 

So I was looking around at superchargers and came across a turbo kit...little more expensive but I'd rather have a turbo over the supercharger...because of the annoying whining sound. .. opinions??? It says 05-09 4.0 but should work on my 12
