    Super easy. Took about 30 Min with basic hand-tools. You will need some allen wrenches, but it's a piece of cake, and the instructions included are very precise.

    They're still cheap to order brand new. I would HIGHLY suggest getting one. Makes the truck so much more fun to drive.
    Just FYI, the first few days, reverse will be harder to engage, but it breaks in, and gets easier.
