    Mine was debadge it after I signed all the paperwork at the dealer. Had 6 salesman watch me do the badges and pin strip in the parking lot. Lol

    I guess the real mod was lifting it when it still had 500 miles on the truck

    Rear breather re-locate, and trailer harness moved to bumper to 4 wheel with.

    Cut mud flaps shorter. They bottomed out backing in to my driveway on the concrete gutter at end of drive.

    Installed a pop and lock. I was heading to Atlanta a few days later and didn't want to chance the tailgate getting stolen.

    Grillcraft Grill, Leer 100q top, 5100's on four corners, OME 885x up front, OME Dakars with add a leaf in rear, Lighting, a mix of Rigid and Chinese LED's, US Off Road hidden winch front bumper, SOS offroad conceprs skids, and rear bumper with swing out
    I did 2 on the same day, I cut out the stock grill and put in a grill craft grill and a pop lock in the tailgate

    Day 1... although not mods some have been mentioned.

    - dealer took TRD Off Road and pinstripe off
    - dealer removed plate frame and dealership emblem
    - convex mirtor driver's side
    - window tint
    - color matched door handles (from my '10)
    - Weathertech liners
    - bed mat
    - window vent/shades
    - removed back seats and head restraints
    - sound dampened back wall nd rear doors
    - that review mirror riser thingy (off my '10).

    Little shit but a full day.
