Full ome lift, nitro charger sports all 4 corners (rear shocks relocated), Dakar pack w/ AAL, 882 coils, diff drop, toytec 1" shackles, trail gear low profile front bumper, Tuff Stuff winch, bamf sliders, RAT skids, BAMF Bed Rack, Tepui Kukenam RTT, RAT rear bumper,

As far as I know, life of the vehicle. So about 11 years and 87k miles. Any reason why the spacer would cause a lbj to click? It is cyclical with speed if vehicle.

Wheel spacers effect the wheel bearings the most..could be those. But they tend to make a scraping sound or whine

I have been noticing that same sound when I am at freeway speeds coming from driver front (not running spacers). I haven't taken a look yet but I was thinking it was a wheel bearing.

how could it be the lbj if its cyclical? It only clicks when the wheels makes a rotation, as if there is a rock in the tread, my lbj's only have about 8k on them... thoughts Monte?

We'll I can tell you mine didn't make any noise...unless it was mid explosion. Ha

You could check them though. Lower shock mount is also possible if you have shocks that don't have heims and are rubber bushings. Mine are pretty wasted.

Otherwise I'd guess it could be a wheel bearing.

How much modification to the seat mounts did you have to make to get the seats to fit? I've been looking for some new (to me) buckets for my 1st Gen but didn't know how much modding might be required?

Not much, elongated the holes and drilled some new ones. And alittle persuasion with a ball peen.

Whoa, that looks ridiculously sweet. It looks like some kind of space exploration landing vehicle. Starship troopers FTW!

Thanks for the feedback, monte and jimmy. I'm just gonna take em off and leave it that way. If the clicking starts without them on then we'll know it isn't spacers and address at that point. When I take off later this week I'll check the lbj for play. Not sure how but I'm assuming there is probably a good write up around here.

Oh, what about a bad tie rod? It seems to be more pronounced turning, maybe that is puting pressure? Now that my steering rack has new bushings, I can actually check haha.
