Ok. But if I run like a Glass pack or something in place it shouldn't lose that much should it and it will help out with gas and there are two under there that are the same right

It is designed to work the way it comes from the factory. This is why a majority of the kits are cat back. Cats are pretty much free flowing unless they are clogged.

Add headers and then a cat back system. Or just the cat back for now.

Don't open up the exhaust too much or u can kiss ur low end tq goodbye. If u like the tq curve of a Honda, go right ahead...... I've done that and hated it.

My build started out trying to make a naturally aspirated beast. Total fail after deleting all cats and getting a 3 inch exhaust.
Next business day I laid down plastic and ordered a blower.

Do some looking around at build threads and asking. Odds are u will get the same advice.

Will eliminating the CATs on a boosted truck hurt as much in the low end as compared to a non boosted truck? How much can I expect to loose if I go CAT-less?

I'll be throwing on shorty headers just to get my tq back. A boosted vehicle should ....should feel it less since ur pushing 300+ HP through it..... At the flywheel at least.

I'll have to listen closer to mine... It just whistles away at idle usually

I am going for more of a speed built taco not so much towing or off roading, so the low end is not really a must have for me.
I can hear my whistling away at idle and its on a brand new engine.
