    Lost 10 of the pounds that I gained while bulking. Problem is I wasn't trying to lose weight

    Took the LSAT yesterday morning and went to a Garth Brooks concert last night. My diet consisted of a Duncan Donuts bagel, 2 foot-long Subway subs, fried alligator and dove, and a half-gallon of whiskey. What a day.

    been eating just one meal a day because of the jetlag, lost 4 lbs in a week.

    So, I just started back in the gym after a long absence (10 years) and have gotten my running routine down and started back lifting just to build back up some muscle. I weigh the same now as I did in my best shape, but I need to get that "shape" back. Does anyone on here swim as part of their routine? I always liked it but I never had a real plan or regiment that helped in anyway except to add variety every so often. Anyone have any ideas?
