Anyone done/doing this? It's my first time and I'm tagging along with a group of about ten people haha. From what they've told me it's a shit show but the most fun you'll have supporting charity.

I sometimes take that exit home sometimes and used to work on 43rd and bell so I'd take 59th down to work. I'm not a church going guy but sunday is sometimes burrito day since saturday is usually drinking day.

I used to go to network for years. Until this happened in their parking lot right after an alignment. Never going back there again.

Network didn't do anything. They got it up and running at the shop after it happened and re-aligned it. Charged us for a new ball joint too.... Took it to their corp office. Long story short they basically said "Go ahead and take us to court". They are stating since they didn't install the ball joint and it 'failed' they are not at fault. It's a long story.

Still, every time I have taken my car there 1 time and it was perfect every time I got it back. These are all slammed Honda's that are a bitch to align. Never in 15 years did I go back and say it wasn't right.

Firestone took 7 alignments at 2 different shops to get it my alignment right on my Tacoma. First time I had 5100's only. 3 tries. Second time OME885's/9000's shocks. Nothing special. 4 tries. WTF?

Which is the better of two evils?

I look at Firestone like any drive up lube shop. You've got guys out of highschool doing the work and are paid minimum wages. They don't have the experience and that's just the way it goes. When issues arise, its on a company to make it right but that doesn't always go the way we would like. Twice I've had bad things happen at discount tire over 10 years of doing business there, it hasn't stopped me from going there cause they made it right.
The fact that SDHQ sends their work to network was enough for me and they were right about them. They did a fantastic job and my truck is not anything near a factory alignment. The thing I loved about them is they gave me the printout and went over every setting so I understand why they set it that way.
For me, I've heard 1 gripe about network and more then I can count about Firestone. I know where I go for alignments.

Since removing more preloaded from the fronts and everything settling in on mine, I need to go back. Im setting an appoint asap.

I've had bad issues with discount as well. Just recently another issue when I bought my tires they didn't put the right valve in and it was flat when I got home. Super annoying but that didn't cause me thousands of dollars in damage to my truck.

Network was good to me for 15 years. But when you cause 3k in damage to my car and basically tell me to fuck off, I'll go elsewhere. Lots of people suggested firestone for the lifetime alignment, and now that I know the guy to go to I shouldn't have any more issues. My civic on the other hand I'm not sure where I'm taking it as of right now.

    Annoyance > Damage

Call import powerhouse or another Honda specialist for advice. There has to be a shop that deals with lowered vehicles.
