Yeah is it. Better get you clutch figured out. I plan to order up a new shock and leaf spring bushings for the 85'. Probably take the 85' unless it is really cold.

I'm not going to mess with my clutch. If it blows I know a guy with a trailer... :)

Good deal thanks man. So once again I have a question ! That being I'm getting a lot of variations in answers on the the size of the speakers in the Tacoma (97) I see some say 5.75" and others say you can fit 6.5" so anybody know for sure ?

You can fit 6.5" with an adapter plate. Might need an mdf spacer also if the speaker is fairly deep.

I think I have 5.25" in my doors and I remember cutting something on the plastic mounting plate or putting standoffs in under the bolt holes. If you are banking on a spacer you may have to trim the ring out behind your grill on your door panel. I suggest taking your door panel off and taking measurements before buying anything. I would also suggest a component setup.

    Can someone help me?
I lifted my truck in the rear 3 inches, and i bought some pro comp extended shocks, but they only extended like 21 inches, witch really isn't enough and there brand new (i'm selling them now)
the question is, do you guys know where i can find some "bigger" extended shocks.. like 25-26 extended?

Bilstein 10" 5125. Typically ajusa has the best prices. You will also need bushings with a larger ID than what comes with the shocks.

Wrench n go is having a 50% off sale this weekend on all parts. Too bad they usually don't have shit for toyota trucks.

You never know what they have unless you check. I got my front diff and elocker axle there that I currently have in my 4Runner. They might have some sweet Accord parts!

I would like to go and see if they have an A/C compressor for my car and get that working before winter. Not sure if I will have time though.

I think when I did my 6.5" speakers I just used self drilling screws and made my own holes.

Kinda one of my thoughts I mean I'm not going to see it so what does it matter ?

Also do you guys get no response from your "resume" on your cruise from time to time ? my moms 10 Scion and friends 05 Prius do the same so I was wondering if its something I'm doing wrong or what

If you drop below 30 mph I think it is, it makes you reset it instead of resume.

Okay I'll check it out thanks.

So ryan on a mid travel setup what do I all need ?

    -Leaf Pack
    -Shackles
    -Rear shocks (unsure of size)
    -Rear shock re-locator?
    -Coilovers (Mid-travel)
    -UCA (Ball joint or Uni-ball)
    -Extended brake lines

That's all I can think of

I plan on getting a bed rack and RTT by next year and know I'll need the added strength in the rear so might as well lift the whole thing

That's pretty much correct. I relocated my rear shocks for more axle flex, but it's not completely necessary. I don't know if it even did anything for me. If you relocate the shocks, you don't need as long of a shock since they don't travel as far. I run a 14" shock, but might be able to get away with a 10" now.
