Your truck is 5 years older and presumably not under warranty. I haven't had condensation in my 2013, call your dealer. Why would you not call them before asking the internet what to do?

I have an '09 that is NEVER parked under cover and is always outside ,

I do have condensation in my taillights .

Having said that , if I was under warranty I would take it in to see what they say .

That sucks. I'm not sure I could stand that happening.
Moisture has to be entering from somewhere. I can't remember, but there may be a seal around the hole where you replace the bulb in the lights.
I'd look at the seal. Then I'd check closely around the edges of the lenses to see if I could see any sign of the seal failing there.

I still say it should not happen. And have the dealer look at it.
Maybe in 10-15 years they may leak. but not NEW and not with in 5 years.

Would you happen to be parking with this tail light facing south east? I wonder if the bulb is loose in the socket and the morning sunlight is drawing moisture into it.

My first guess is a loose / missing / broken "O" ring on one of your connections to the turn signal / reverse light. I've been lucky with no moisture in mine even after my mod so I would assume your factory lights should be sealed well
