Ever since Steve blew a tire @ Rausch I keep all of this with me at all times.

 

Jlink and boggyman: that's what I was figurin, not the first thing you grab but also not a terrible thing to have for an emergency.

Homer: ya that's the way to go I know and I do keep the tire repair kit on hand. I've got a different way of setting the beed but carb cleaner works

Depending on if I can get back into my old work I'll be able to make it.

 

I'm trying real hard to get my truck done in time! Next is high steer and then gears & lockers, tires, and hopefully I can pull a motor rebuild before we go. If not, I'll just wing it and pray!

 

Lol better get on it. I'm pretty much set. Need 14" shocks for the front, finish my sliders, and work on the carb.

 

Yeah I know! It so expensive.. I'm more worried with high steer and gears than tires. I'll do alright with 5.29s F&R lockers and 32" tires lol.. It'll just suck on the highway. I'll be running like 50 the whole time!

I need 14" shocks in the front but can't figure out how to get my F250 towers to fit them without killing my up travel!

 

Anyone going to be driving through awesome Ohio on their way there?

 

I don't think so but we are grouping up in St. Louis IIRC. Could meet us along the way. Ckeene is going to be the route master for our trip out there and as we get closer to the date I'm sure he will be putting the route together in the coming moths. Either way stay posted her Roman.

 

Ill be rolling out from the Dayton area, we could definitely meet up and then meet up with the big convoy.

That sounds like a good deal. I'm all the way up in Cleveland so not too bad. I haven't seen any dates yet though, I'm guessing last weekend of May or so.

 

Did 6 hours of driving plus 6+ hours of wheeling Saturday.. Need to start getting ready for 27 hours one way! Lol

 

if you wanna up that 27, take off the following month and join me on the TAT back to Tennessee

 

I want to do the TAT so badly but on 2 wheels and 4 wheels....

I would like to take it out there, but idk about back.. I'm gonna wheel so hard in Moab I prolly won't wanna see dirt again

And there's no way it'd take another month! Maybe 2 weeks and that's taking it easy!

 

But I don't have the $ to do that or I'd love to..

I'm gonna have to drive straight out there, wheel without breaking, and drive straight back. And pray I got $20 left to put gas in my truck for the following week!
