I'm going to have to pass on walking handstands....sorry

How about walking around on your hands vs squats....hmmmm, I'll take squats.

I don't neglect core-specific workouts: I do all sorts of planks, leg raises, etc, but I get a much better core workout from compound lifts, such as squats.

There's no need to reinvent the wheel here

kinda stupid...? sure... but people at LA fitness do that exact same shit all the time... in the smith rack no less... so while it's kind of a stupid exercise the "crossfit buffoon" is still working harder to be a buffoon that the meatheads

Also not to mention all the hard work people put in to make gains are mostly admired by dudes, going on bb.com forum is like watching a giant circle jerk.

Quite a few of the gals I hang out with actually look down on excessive muscle. They dont see the point and it makes most men appear less inteligent. Being fit is one thing but putting on useless size is considered unattractive. I honestly agree with them too. WheneverI see a guy thats strictly bodybuilding I just assume he has no life or personality. I was once the guy that had no hobbies other than the gym. Glad I grew out of that and just workout when there is nothing more productive to do.

yeah... don't ever go there lol

my point being tho... stupid exercise, poor form and retardation is not a trait unique only to crossfit... that's just the majority of folks that "workout"

x2. When my fiancée sees dudes that are clearly juicing, she always says how gross it looks. My ideal weight/bf% is about 215 and around 10%, but seeing as how I eat fried food and drink a 12 pack every weekend, it's unlikely to happen anytime soon lol. I'm at 201 and about 14% right now :anonymous: Most folks at my gym that are only about the gym are usually tools.

Agreed. It's not hard to find retardation in any gym/box/etc.

Dunno if you've been to the Hodge Twins' store, but they've got some pretty good ones, too:

Looks like a fun party trick to impress the kids.

If you wanna do handwalks then go for it.

If you dont wanna do handwalks then dont.

Do whatever the fuck you wanna do.
