Just installed some Bilstein 5100 adjustables on the taco. Just leveled her out, so she's sitting with a better stance.

Runs to the charcoal can/vacuum emssions stuff on the driver side on some models. You may not have that, so the hose did not come equipped.

That hole is a source of FILTERED air for the evap system. Without the hose connected to it, you are allowing UN-FILTERED air to bypass the filter and into the intake  Plug it right away or connect it properly.

The mud is likely comes from the fan coming into contact with muddy water, some of which went directly into the intake.

put in 4 new speakers in mine last week. rockford fosgate 6.5inch took some cutom work for my 2 doors but it fits. heads up for people going to do a sound system in theres. on my 2000 extended cab tacoma driver door, the window track is in the middle of the speaker mount so either make some 1+ inch spacers for it to fit also need to shave some of the door panel to fit right, but they work and sound awesome.

next thing to do is to replace my lift kit with a mid travel kit. problem is i need upper arms and im not 100% on how to mount them from the stock struts. also my trd supercharger oil will need changed, any ideas on that. its a 3.4L 5-speed manual (never had a vehicle with forced induction before)

They also sell shallow mount speakers that fit with no customization whatsoever.

Whoa what's going on in that front suspension??? Your spindle looks very weird, do you have any pictures with your wheel off?

On a normal taco suspension you have a strut that sits in the bucket AND an UCA that connects to the spindle via ball joint.

We need more pics and info

Looks like you have an older style drop-bracket lift.

Instead of having a longer spindle, yours has an extension on top of the spindle.

You'll need aftermarket spindles that match the amount of lift the drop-bracket is providing to be able to put on regular upper control arms.
