    Interesting.

Are you expecting the newspaper article to accomplish anything or is it just making yourself feel better?

With all the issues will you be able to trade, or is there a hit out on your truck's VIN now?

That REALLY sucks. Sorry to hear about that... it's not like you have some 1990's truck that you are complaining about in 2014, this is a brand new vehicle!

Good luck with whatever you decide to do!!!!

You don't need a law firm in TN, you need a law firm that specializes in lemon law issues.

One last Thought. Go to your dealer and pick out a new truck and take it for a test ride. If the vib is there I'd say you are done and follow up with doing what you may. If it's not there. Tell the Dealer to make yours like that one or to swap trucks or to buy it back. Other than that I can't think of anything else ...

    Good Luck !

Got my `13 back at the dealer again for vibration issues. After many visits after the TSB for vibrations and dealer ordering a different set of leaf springs from original TSB set and saying original BF Goodrich tires were out of round and could not be balanced, my Taco rides like it did in the beginning. Big run around! I had figured out how to drive around the vibration before the TSB. Never should have had the it done. It was better before!

    What Canufixit said....

Test drive another new vehicle and see if it has any vibrations, if not, then politely request your truck be made to run smooth like the one you just test drove....unfortunately, you may have to test drive at a different dealership, maybe even show up with a friend in their car just to be on the lay low, but certainly worth the effort considering your investment to date....

This is a shame on Toyota....

A vid of the vibration, has one been posted yet?

Seriously? what lawyer is going to take the case on that isn't going to make them money? what your expectations were with following up with a lawyer were way too high. you don't have the resources to take on Toyota and there aren't enough of this issues with other owners to get traction. lets go back to my first post.

    ^^^ there it is.

I never stated at any point that I wanted an attorney to take the case Pro bono. We tried to pursue the case under the LL. The attorneys get paid their fees (fee reversal) when the case is won. There is no (usually) big settlement in these types of cases, so no 30%-40% cut of an awarded settlement. Only a couple of them even reviewed our case, they stated that the documentation looked good and everything was in order. But, they wouldn't take the case since it was against toyota and in TN.

    thanks for your input.

Videos were taken on a reasonably smooth section of I 24 heading west from Chattanooga to Tullahoma. Speed varied from 70-80 mph.
