    Hello there Tacoma World,

    My name is Yan. I'm active duty Air Force stationed in Northern VA.

    I have been reading and searching on this forum for a while now, and I think this weekend might be the weekend I buy my 1st EVER new vehicle, a Tacoma! (thinking TRD Sport).

    I have owned nothing but BMWs for the last 13 years. My current stable includes a '88 e30 M3, '05 e46 325i and a '10 Ford Escape. Wait a sec you might be saying.... a Ford Escape??? Wife had it before we got married. I plan on selling/trading the e46 325i and the Tacoma will become my daily driver.

    I look forward to learning and growing in my knowledge and understanding of not only a Tacoma that I hope to purchase this weekend but a truck as well.

    And of course one day hope to contribute as well.

    a few photos of my current two red heads ;)

    Hey man thank! I'm just north of Quantico. Any advice on dealers in our area? I'm willing to travel the radius to get the truck I want for the price I have in mind.

    Well, I didnt get my Tacoma this weekend, but I did get the price down.

    2015 Tacoma - TRD Sport + Tow Pack, Double Cab, Short Bed, Auto

    After an hour of them coming up and giving me a different number and me rejecting it we go to the best price they could do.

    Went from $35,655 + fees ---> down to $29,988 + fees.

    I have 3 other Totota Dealerships around so Im hoping to use the written worksheet as proof and see if the other dealers will beat the price the 1st dealership offered.

    Your thoughts and experience would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Welcome Yan!
    Good luck in the final negotiations to get your truck. It will not be the same ride as the BMW's (I know, I had some BMWs and Mercs also), but I still prefer the Tacoma any day (which is why I don't have the BMWs anymore but have had my Tacoma for 12 years now and not even thinking about getting rid of it)
