I still love the looks of a stock 12+ front with a retro. Looks great!

Yeah...I agree. Toyota did a good job with the face of the Tacoma. Even though I'm slapping a Pelfreybilt plate on there soon...I'll always appreciate the style of the front of this baby...

    And you need some!!!

I showed my wife a picture of your retros and she immediately gave me evil eyes of death. I don't know how I can sneak those past her. And the "you only live once" doesn't work. lol

Those look awesome! I don't have DRL's but I can always tell that I have the brightest blinker by seeing the signs reflect the light of mine compared to everyone else at a stop light, lol. You ever get your tails in and installed?

Right on. I forgot you were in HI so I can see shipping taking a bit. I think you'll love them. I love mine. I think it's because I like the OEM look to them but the housings are blacked out and they're LED's. But then again I have an 08 and my tails looked pinkish to me, lol. The headlights turned out great though! My lenses are starting to haze so I think in a year or so I'll open mine back up to replace the lenses and maybe add a halo or something.

Hey bud! so im shamelessly copying you on the roof mounts.. lol

I mounted mine last night.. did a terrible job at drilling the holes for the nylon spacers.. the first side looks like a dog got a hold of it.. the second side is a little cleaner.. but.. i had to use a mix of box cutter, snips, and other assorted tools since im still short on tools in the new house.. but.. it worked.

now im going to cut the mounts that came with the bar so i can use the "teeth" of the mount and bar itself to get a solid adjustment. then add some security bolts for the roof mounts into the roof.

just wanted to say thanks.

so you dont have any movement side to side with your light bar?

with mine.. while driving.. the bar "wiggles/bounces" around. mostly from side to side as if there isnt enough support for the light bar.

After you mentioned it, I put my hand up there and did feel a slight side to side buffeting, but nothing I'm worried about. It's a big ass light bar and I expect it would move a little, but I don't think enough to snap it off...:D Luckily it's only a cheapo compared to the Rigid bar, so if something catastrophic happened I wouldn't be too devastated...lol

ok, i just wanted some reassurance i guess you could say. have you noticed it affect the light while its on.. as in.. the output being shaky?

if its not too bad.. ill just leave it alone as well
