Thats because a king prerunner is in no way comparable to an ADS. Not to mention, king has become so whored out by a certain company, its hard to be competitive with someone who can live with making 20$ on a shock

I know I just keep trying to get him to join the darkside haha  You do have tons of good info! maybe you can help me get Brian to come out with some sort of catalog for us so we can see the side by side comparison to other shocks as well as prices. I know their market is huge and not just limited to Tacomas which my Jeep friends will love!

Here is one of their OEM seal headsjaga7unu_bb12fadb30df08e50ed6a5901b059bbee343caba.jpghymatyta_9a3b492d85f510da9fdae648b4671920763b3a25.jpghy2yjuty_da9e49b2a120aa8ba09b3665c624a3bebb0a1ae3.jpg

The 3rd seal was designed by them and is manufactured specifically for them and allows them to double the sealing without creating resistance on the shaft. They originally designed it for their air shocks to combat the issues they were having with the oil creating so much pressure betweem the seals it actually affected the shocks ability to move

Trust me, its all being worked on, but building a brand is very time consuming. I help them as much as I can though

I'm going to give them a pretty serious look since they're basically local to me and i have heard nothing but good things about their quality and CS. unless icon will step up and build me something bigger that is. I've been really happy with my Icon shocks and their support, second set Ive had, zero complaints. They rode great straight out of the box when we tested the other day.

 Holy Jesus Almighty! I'm gonna bring an '03 Wrangler in soon to see about shock options, but it'll look nothing like that!

    This ^^^^

ADS sent us dry parts before we became a dealer, and I can tell you first hand that ADS's quality is unquestionable. They are on point.

All the high end shock makers are good. I mean ICON is good but the shocks at slow speeds are pretty rough sometimes. I may be looking at ADS for my front shocks.

Ordered my front 2.5RR, 10" 2.5 piggybacks for the rears and uniball UCA from Matt at MCM. Can't wait to get these on my truck. I'm still a couple months away as I need to save for a new leaf pack before they go on.

Nice! You'll love it man. Any idea on what leaf setup you're gonna go with?

I can't decide between the dakar or the expo pack. Just need to see where I want to take my truck and my needs with it.
