The image isn't the issue, it's once the iPads get released in to the wild that I've got any issues.

There are solutions for any tech problem. I would have to know more about your systems to get a better understanding of what needs to be updated and they type of options you want. I'm sure you don't want to post all the info to the world so if you are ever interested shoot me a PM and we can talk on the phone about it.

ID10 T errors? Yea, I get those daily. Those are the ones that you walk up to and the user says " it just started working when you walked up"

Cause yea.... I can fix issues with my mind :der:

I've been noticing a lot of people don't know how to link an image to a build page or whatever you want. So I figured I'd give out some instructions.

Back up your old sig code first to notepad just incase you want to go back.

This the code you will edit. One is for the link to your page, the other is the link to your image.

[ url=http://www.BUILDURL]
[ img]http://IMGURL[/img]

• Copy the url to your build page and paste it somewhere
• Copy the url to your image and paste it somewhere
• Where it says BUILDURL remove that text and paste the url to your build page. Do not remove the ] at the end and there is no space between your url and that bracket.
• Where is says IMGURL remove that text and paste the url to your image you want to use. Do not remove the [ at the end.

There are only 2 more edits and they are at the first of each line of code.

The first [ before url has a space. - remove space between bracket and url
The first [ before img has a space. - remove space between bracket and img
Preview to ensure it works, if works save.

Example:

This is what my code looks like before I remove the space between after the first [ of each line of code. Notice the 2 red arrows, those spaces need to be removed. Once you remove the space and save everything should work.

ScreenShot2014-09-26at100553AM_zpsd228eb_2b6df4a48c2649b6a752ccf3ef669f6a0f11a19a.jpg

Once I remove those spaces the code works and you image will be clickable and link you to your build page, or whatever page you desire.

If you have questions let me know.

When I see someone with a pic and a link next to it I've been PM'ing them the directions. Almost every time I get a reply with "I was trying to figure that out" or something like that. Figured I could just link them to this now.

Started looking into tablets the galaxy tab 3 2014 looks amazing but its way way out of my price range. Does anybody have any recommendations for a tablet that will still be fast and be closer to the (low) $300 range?

Why did Microsoft skip 9 and go straight to 10 on Windows? Are they trying to compete with OS X10.XXXXX?

because 8 is SUCH a piece of shit, they knew the next Windows wouldn't make up for it, and still be shit.. so they skipped it entirely.

I will let you have that one. I haven't even used 8.1, and I still think it's horrible.

i have to hold back my pure hatred for 8 every time i TRY to use Lyds laptop.. biggest POS ive ever experienced. idk know how that pile got passed off as ok.. did they just not run user tests or anything.. or have a SINGLE person working for Windows say.. "hey guys.. maybe we shouldnt release this"

the damn CAD programs at work are easier to navigate and understand than Windows 8..

Because 7 ate 9?

On a serious note, Windows 8.1 is an improvement over 7 kernel wise, but the UI is what friends most people off.

I use it daily at work (my choice) and at home on my gaming rig. My Bios takes longer to launch than the actual OS does on an SSD. My coworker who went from 7 to 8.1 is also highly impressed by the speed improvement along with the fact it's just a lighter weight install.

8.1 handles 64bit applications great. But yes the UI makes you want to punch yourself in the dick.

I have two Chromecasts. One for the bedroom and one for the living room. They are awesome!
