You can paint the grey part between the wheel spokes black to make it different. This is Timbo89's truck.

Leave it. What setting on the front 5100's. Eibach or stock TRD springs?

I also vote to leave the wheels as is.

I also think that the black rim looks is getting a little old. So I decided to keep my stock rims for now. If I ever upgrade it will be to the gunmetal FJ SEMA Wheels :)

My truck as it sits now with the stock wheels unpainted

You're truck looks awesome in super white. Of course I'm a little biased considering I just bought a new 2014 a month ago. Those wheels you like would look great on your truck imo. As far as tires go, I'm a big fan of the Destination A/T. I had them on my 08 Taco and plan on putting them on my 14 when the Dunlops wear out. Maybe sooner.

    Looks good as is.

Blacked out rims with black tires makes it look like someone stole all of your hubcaps off your 14" steelies.

If you're going to go with blacked out rims at least get a set with a polished offset lip for some contrast.

I totally agree here. Why look like every other Tacoma with black rims? Stand out and be different.

I think it's about 50/50 between white Tacos with stock or black rims. Maybe not on TW, but around my town for sure. If you want to stay OEM there's these.

Nice truck man, you can always PlastiDip the wheels if you dont like it then you can peel it off. Good luck on the mods

What you should paint black are your Head light housings.

    Looks good so far!

The BHLM is really easy. Use mechanic gloves when pulling the lenses apart, its a lot easier and will save your finger tips, lol. After all is said and done, if you have the glue left on there, stick them back in the oven to soften it up and put the lens on and then reseal it with a kitchen and bathroom sealant, goes on white but dries clears. That's where about 95% of the mess up is so just take your time and be patient with it. It really is quite simple, just takes patience. As for the wheels, I'll always like the black look on white but bronze works really well with it too. And for your HID's, might wanna look into LED's since they're made to work with the halogen housing but have somewhat of the same appearance as HID's with the exception of blinding other motorists.

I like these wheels a lot, I think they'd look good with the white. I also think they look good with SWB, BSP, and Indigo Ink Blue

Congratz on the new truck, looks great. I would not paint the wheels black, basically makes the wheels disappear IMO. I went with a machined look on my 10 Ram R/T and I feel it looked great and I would get lots of compliments. I am planning a similar look for my Taco.
