Yeah I think Nate has 10" 5125's in the rear with an all pro leaf pack. Stock height shackles I believe. I have longer shackles so I needed more shock.

I also have All-Pro shackles that are 1.5" longer so they yield about .75" of lift. You will want to think about some sort of bumpstops for the rear.

I wish Wheeler's would have offered a leafpack back before I relocated my hangers to accommodate the longer 98-04 leafs it would have been a lot simpler.

A lot of the Trail Gear distributors like Frontier 4x4 offroad have 15% off right now(till 10/2 I think) so you can pick up the 5125's for around $75.

Should I get a longer shackle then ? Or will the leafs yield the lift I need ? Also any suggestion on bump stops ?

I would wait to determine if and how much lift you need from a set of shackles. I would wait on the bumpstops too until everything else is installed so you can take some measurements.

Total Truck on the North side on 2nd Ave by I-80/35? I've bought stuff there and they were good to deal with. It's just down the street from me, I could walk there from my house. :)

You might as well throw a steering rack bushing kit into your cart too. I also highly recommend the new style rack guide which you will have to order from Toyota. These two mods really tighten up the steering especially after a lift. The new angle of your tie rod really causes a lot of up and down play in the driver side of the rack with the older style guide or even a loose newer style.

It sounds like we might have a work day coming up at Ryan's shop??

For sure I'll test the steering after the lift before I decide on an upgrade. Also going with light racing uca so much easier for our area lol

I wouldn't bother waiting. The rack guide will help the tech dial in toe easier and your bushings have seen better days if they are anything like my 3rd Gen and Taco ones. :)

I was only proposing it as I am assuming Penten could use a hand with his install. I am sure he will chime in if he wants to have a get together.

Yeah guys sounds great and for like 60$ I might as well upgrade the steering a bit, also are the KING 2.5's the mid travel ones? I know I'm getting 2.5's for the rear I also wonder if I should bother with resi's in the rear

Don't count on anyone around here being able to adjust those uppers correctly, I've tried 2 CarEx, and 3 Firestones and they just looked at me like it was some sort of extra-terrestrial technology. I was close to buying a home alignment kit before I sold her.
