    Who pisswd in your cereal this morning! Its funny because i almost never talk about crossfit in here except when people bash it go look at my posts, what makes me supporting it any diffrent then someone else talking shit on it or other people talking about what they do? Are you blind the guy came in basicly said wrestlings the best thing ever, that everyone should do it and that crossfit is shitty. So i counterd him that was all. im not saying im right im just giving an example and my opinion on it you dont have to like it, if youve read anything iv ever posted in here i always say i do everything and am not JUST into crossfit, thats just what it looks like because i support it and think nothing wrong with it unlike everyone else. No need to throw a tamper tantrum about it, thats all i have to say...

    That's the beauty of IIFYM. I drink a Coke everyday, eat frosted Mini Wheats, hamburger helper, processed meat, etc everyday. There's no need to eat 15 salads per day. You don't need 5000% of your daily value of your micronutrients. Eat a salad or take a multivitamin and enjoy what you eat.

    x2. At least Jordan acknowledges and recognizes that traditional weightlifting is legitimate, unlike most Crossfitters who are 130 lbs and can't squat half their body weight.

    I agree iv bever tried iifym but i try and get as many kcals per day i can in a clean way but you just cant, you cant get all your kcals in broccoli. So if that means im having a burger im having a fucking burger...on a gluten free bun with no cheese cuz my damn allergies :(

    I don't take it to the extreme either. I stay under 100g fat and try to stay away from high sodium stuff

    0 fat, 42 mg sodium...so, it's pretty much good for you. Plus, I'm a Coke fiend. My hamburger helper is chalk full of salt, though...but it's soooo good :anonymous:
