I haven;t seen him post about it in a while either. Yep going to try and get up there on Friday evening with some daylight to spare. I think it will be me and my buddy with his jeep right now.

 

Hopefully I make it out there around 2 on Friday. I want to give myself enough time to setup and maybe get a little trail time in.

 

So leaving at 9? I'm planning on the same. Meet up?

We plan on leaving by 1, should leave us with some daylight once we get there. Can you shoot me a text of where ya'll setup camp when ya'll get there.

Will do. Going to try to get the same camp area as last year if you remember that one. Not sure how it's going to work out since the tx4wd Houston chapter is having an "event" out there.

I can't make the TTORA fall run this year so a few folks are going out to BMRA the weekend of October 25th. Tx4wd Houston chapter will be out there as well. What's your plan?

 

Well, I'm supposed to be out of the country on the 25th, so that's out for me. I'm going to try and make the TTORA Halloween/cleanup run.

 

Good thing you'll have a flatbed to haul all that crap off the trails.

 

Well, about that. I don't know how much of a bed I'll have by that point.

I'm assuming the brush get's pushed off the side of the trail, but who knows. I haven't worked one of their cleanups before.

 

Bright side is, there's less paint to scratch.

I believe it gets pushed to the side and then gathered later to burn. Would be fun to get it all and make a bonfire while out there.

 

I wish I could make it. Picking up my new axles on the 11th and have prior plans the next 2 weekends after that. October is shot for me.
