White writing on tires out or in?

1 side in, 1 side out. Be different

I always have mine installed with the white lettering in. I figure the tire companies are not paying me to advertise their products.

Personal. Always have run them in as it is one less thing I have to scrub.

For that look I'd go white letters out because:

1. white 4x4 letters on the mudflaps
2. white letters close in color to the light color of the polished wheels
3. white outline letters on the TRD decal

Take the white off the rear flaps with lacquer thinner.

Did that with my '06 Sport and will do that with my '15 Sport in a few weeks.

Ok your dead on with that look. What size tires are the BFGs? That's my truck exactly minus the bigger tires.

 

As to the OP, i have a different opinion with black side out, I think if you want black walls, buy black walls. Don't buy white walls and turn them inside. That cheapens the look to me.

White out... Although I just ordered some ST Maxx's and they don't have white lettering

 

I think on one side you should have white letters out and the other side with them facing in.
