    You can't fix stupid. No one has common vehicle sense anymore. Its should be part of the drivers test to know how to at least check the oil and tire pressures. Then there should be a short recurring test every time you have to renew your license.

    Dude no shit! Maybe start requiring an IQ test before you can get your license. Just narrow it down to simple directions and puzzles to illustrate problem solving skills when stuff doesn't go exactly the way it should, as how real life generally works. 87% of Memphis would not be driving. Lol

    Yeah i agree. makes tests MUCH MUCH harder. instead they have a % fail so much they make them easier. make people do 3 point turns and parallel park and if they can’t they fail.

    I know a few that don't. The problem is that all you have to do is show up in court and your ticket will get dismissed with court costs. There's no incentive to get that stuff and keep it.
