Because it's fucking Liberia and Sierra Leone lol. They have to reuse gloves/bio suits and whatever other hazmat materials there are. When someone is extremely overworked like they are with such awful infrastructure your gonna have a bad time.

I'm not sure I've seen anyone panic. I don't even recall panicking when some fucking tard didn't wash his hands in a restaurant I ate in along with 35ish others all were given the gift of hepatitis(yes, the kind that goes away) and my liver ballooned to the size of a football the 2+ weeks I was hospitalized with no cure. Transmission
