I'd be careful prying the pan off, you don't want to put a nick on the trans side or it might leak. I'd use brake clean to rinse the pan so there's no residue left over. The adhesive isn't necessary and might make more of a mess.

Just to level her out, I thought about it a few days after. I probably should have bought some 5100's for the rear as well haha.

Complete OME kit w/ 881's and dakars. All-Pro Sliders, CB, HAM Radio and various other minor stuff.
Do you get any leaks with those and how easy is it to remove? A topper would be nice at times but I also need an open bed when hauling stuff.

Thanks man. Whenever u are let me know and we'll meet up. Always wanted to check ur truck out in person.

Only had it a day so far but it's calling for rain tmrw so I'll find out how dry the inside stays after that and update you, but seems water tight for the most part. Only area of concern would be the corners against the cab. Folding it against the cab seems easy, just put the sides/rear on top and fold it. Taking it off completely is a matter of unsnapping the sides and pulling 2 pins inside. Only weighs ~35lbs so very easy to handle alone.

Appreciate it man! Loving it so far! Gotta get better pics at some point

Yeah sorry about that as I was typing it someone was gonna say something. Its a little dark now for pics, but you cannot see the streaks unless you look close. When i rub my hand over my hood it feels ruff. Its just on my hood though thats what puzzles me?

Nothing because I thought that the wax wouldn't do anything and wanted to know if the clay bar would work before I bought a kit. All ive done is given it a good scrub while washing it.

Eh without pics i couldn't really say. Clay kits aren't super expensive. Give it a go. But by the sound of it i think its more a paint problem. But again, cant tell without pics.

I dont think its a paint problem because like when I bought my truck it was not like that it was just recently that it showed up.
