Still diggin all my console, dash & glovebox lighting in my truck and the glovebox in the 323F and glovebox in the RAV4. Only issue I've had was knocking the console one off putting something in and it being on for who knows how long. Even with that the batteries are still going good for normal use. Could be down for the keyhole unit too.....+2 on the customer service kudos

Three possible dual-color electronic options are planned;
1. Reed Switch Activated (as current) + color selection
2. Mercury / Tilt Switch Activated + color selection
3. Push-button ON/OFF + color selection

Design notes:
a. Injection Molded Case
b. Over-mold / Membrane switch
c. Use existing 3VP mounting plate
d. Dual color output (possibly tri-color)

Release date: TBD (NO idea until we can finalize a single, pesky electronic issue).

Hey Guys,
I installed a dash version wired and one in my console a while ago, and still have one in the packaging for the glove box. I recently scored a used console vault from a fellow TWer. I have been trying to get the console version installed in there and have been having the same problem with the base as the other user. And to top it off I lost the magnet while installing the vault! I will be borrowing the magnet from the one for the glove box but would like to get that in soon. Would you be able to send a couple more magnets or give me an idea of how to get some locally. I got one from a hardware store that didn't work so well.

We can hook you up with a replacement magnet but, I've seen mounting to metal surfaces seems to cause some proximity "interference" for the lack of a better technical term. does anyone have pics of this installed? I have scoured the threads and also looked at the install pics from flyzeye but also heard that there can be issues with polarity if done upside down etc. Not wanting to do this twice and especially since no cover over the wiring, can anyone provide an assist? Thanks so much.
