Ya, I'm gonna call camburg and see if they'll trade, but I don't have high hopes. And I'm going to S/C for my present to myself on Xmas, then get the cross bar fabbed.

 

Comes with straps, have Glassworks 4" currently but will be upgrading to 6" someday soon when I make a trip down south to pick up front and back

And yes, savings account has been quite stuffed lately. Wifely sign off to blow some money till the new year

The maxtracs are double sheer so they wont be a direct fit but i belive you can mod them to fit, anthony made them work with his engage kit, id personaly just run the camburg spindles tho since there ment for the kit

 

There's a guy on IG AMH3RST that is running a camburg kit with those spindles.

Ok so just got off the phone with Camburg, 1k to straight up buy heimed UCA's, they won't take a trade in, and Maxtracs will work, but are no recommended as they are casted, and as stated above, the Camburg spindles are stronger and designed for the kit. Sooooooo, heimed uppers or new spindles ...

 

Cant modify your current arms?

 

Unsure if I want to tackle that...on the fence about it...I'd want to see a pair someone has done before and made to work...don't wanna be screwed if it doesn't work properly and then I'm out another grand for new arms lol

 

it will be simple to run maxtracs for you..all you need is some little spacers.

 

Ah. BUT, as Camburg pointed out, they aren't as strong, being cast, and I'd hate to take take a big hit and wreck hard when it snaps...

 

As long as the tubes hit the bushings and 90° and in the center then its just a matter of cutting the bushing off welding in a tube adapter the accept the hiem.

 

Ugh. Then I have to track down some stock spindles lol. You guys are making this rough lol
