    Maxtracs, just unsure if I want to run them or not. I thought there was an issue someone has installing them and had to make a spacer or something

    Just do the Ucas and spindles and put the super charger off a lil while, ur not gona be able to realy put the super charger to use until u do the rear any way, shit u should just ditch the sc for now, buy the spindles/Ucas and a rear dmz or the new camburg kit probably and it would cost about the same as the super charger

    Yea screw the blower. It doesn't get super fun till you dump another 3k in parts on top of the blower.

    That and regearing.

    Just do the suspension first.

    Called a build for a reason. No one does it all at once

    From personal experience, DO NOT buy the supercharger until you do your rear. My first mod was the s/c, okay it was fast so then it needed suspension. Pulled the trigger and I added the Camburg LT up front. Wow got much better but I was killing my back, and the truck's back by constantly bottoming out and bouncing all over the place. Finally pulled the trigger on the DMZ install with bypasses and bed cage, now it's a good truck over all. Working some 4x4 bugs out but other than that it drives much better with all the suspension done.

    Yea I've got an invoice from Tim already...I'm sitting on it right now...if I go with his kit right now, then I've got to sit on both kits for a good couple of mknths to almost a year to save up for labor and more shocks and all that...if I just get spindles or uppers I'll be good

    Exactly, just buy an already built/caged 1st Gen for under 10k. Tow it out with your truck.

    I should have done that from the start. Because if you are paying someone else to do the work you'll have 20k+ in your truck before you know, it.

    i did the rear of my truck first then the front. backassward build if id say so. but now she is going good till other mods.

    I'm 16k+ into my truck so far and I've done all my work... this is glass, s/c, Camburg LT with coils only, DMZ rear with 3.0 bypasses, 5 matching beadlocks and tires, LED bar... it's an expensive hobby. I don't even wanna talk about my LS1 Silverado I am slowly building.

    My first problem was that I over-extended the shaft and pulled/grenaded the outer c-clip. I swapped out to clevis mounts used it for a bit and need to tighten them up more because it binds at full droop. Additionally to run 33s without a spindle and having to crank my coils all the way I'm destroying my driver side floor, and added a hole to my passenger side from when I trimmed the pinch weld. I got new hydraulic bumps but won't be installing since Camburg says you can't run them with bypasses on a 4x4 2nd gen. For now I put wheeler's bumps, just need to tighten up the front, fix the holes, and align it before I can use it again.

    I thought I've read in this thread multiple times that it's better to do the rear first since a MT front would keep up better with a LT rear but not vice versa... so you can still have fun while finishing the build. :notsure:
